Since our inception in April 2023, ESP has made significant strides in the field of environmental services, garnering recognition and support from various local, regional and international organizations. Our journey has been marked by key milestones:

• July 2022: Awarded a Seed grant funding of USD $15,000 by the Fiji Government. Read more Here.
• August 2022: Awarded a 6-month scholarship by the Fiji Government for a Business incubation program, known as the Fiji Enterprise Engine. Read more here.
• January 2023: Selected as an Island Innovation Ambassador, representing Fiji and showcasing our dedication to innovation and sustainable practices. More here.
• February 2023: Awarded a 6 month scholarship by an EU initiative to study Climate Resilience for Business Sustainability I & II at the University of the South Pacific (USP).
• March 2023:  We were one of 15 chosen from 63 competing businesses in the Pacific Region for an 8-month business accelerator program funded by the Qatar Fund for Development. Learn more here.
• April 2023: ESP was formally registered and launched as a Private Limited Liability Company (LLC) in Fiji. 
• September 2023: We were selected one of 17 chosen from 80 competing companies in the Pacific selected by the US Department of State GIST (Global Innovation through Science and Technology) to undergo innovation entrepreneur training as part of the GIST Startup Training and Investor Forum.
• October 2023: Awarded a USD $50,000 grant by the Qatar Fund for Development's GGGI Greenprenuers Pacific Business Accelerator Program to further Sustainable Development Goals nos. 3, 6, 11, 13, 15, 16 & 17. Read more: Link
• November 2023: Won the U.S. Department of State funded GIST Regional Pitching competition. Read more here. 
• December 2023: Became a Member of the Clean Air Society of Australia and New Zealand (CASANZ). Read more here.
• January 2024: After developing our first MVP, we opened our first office in Suva, Fiji with 6 full-time staff.
• February 2024: ESP signs MOU with Lion GIS and Research Services to commence work on Fiji's first online Environmental Data Hub repository. More here.
• March 2024: We were selected one of 7 chosen from 500 competing companies globally to be join the 2024 GIST Global cohort for a 8 week business training at Georgia Tech University in Atlanta and VentureWell Centre in Washington DC. Read more here.
• April 2024: Commence pilot on low-cost environmental compliance systems for small and medium businesses.
• May 2024: ESP was nominated and announced as the Indo Pacific's top 100 climate tech company out of 10,000 companies assessed by HolonQ. Read more here.
• June 2024: Top 3 chosen out of the GIST Global Incubation cohort of 2024 to pitch to State Department Officials at the culmination event held in Washington DC following the 8 weeks program.
